Turn on iCloud sync in settings, make sure the device is signed into iCloud, and relaunch the app. Sync starts on the next launch, and your progress merges across your devices from there.
Open create from the menu. Place colours, and the solver checks your board in real time. When it's valid, choose share from the menu, and anyone with the app can open it.
